Some fluff to go with the picture, as I might have scribbled a lot on the matter of power armour in Fallout Equestria.
As I wanted to bring back the original Enclave armour (with a few modifications of my own) I decided to reverse the direction the models were developed. With the bulkier suit with an owl helmet being a more modern design compared the insectoid armour commonplace in Equestria. Designating the common design as the -01 (ironically, considering Fallout 4) and giving the line of power armours the official name of "Empyreal" (fancy word for "heavenly", which should fit Rarity's sense of style). Hence, the insect eyes + manticore tail is the E-01 model.
The E-02 model would be a bulkier, more armoured design with the classical Enclave helmet, but otherwise pretty much the same. Serving as a "shock trooper armour" for base assaults or whenever else the Skyguard needs some extra heavy troops and don't want to be reliant on Steel Rangers. I would estimate that something like a tenth of the enclave's power armour suits are the E-02 model, at maximum.
And finally we get to the E-03 suit, the pinnacle of the Empyreal series. The difference in tail design is partly personal preference on my part as a writer, partly as a more flexible design with a scythed blade to kill anything that got too close to the wearer. Yet the more important alterations are more subtle, it is intended to have the finest electronic countermeasures and stealth features the M.O.A. could get their hooves on. With tools and spells for cracking any security it could connect to as well as an E.F.S. jammer.
This particular suit has been further customized with a pair of powered gauntlets for the forehooves, with explosive strength and the ability to generate electricity in order to shock anything that fails to be properly crushed by it. Combined with the raw strength of the rear hooves and the the razor sharp tail, this specific suit is lethal in all directions.
I am making a rough estimate that the Enclave has thousands of E-01 suits, hundreds of E-02s and dozens of E-03s. With the latter models primarily being reserved for special forces and whatever private armies the council ponies might have.
