as far as I know she's a regular pony who uses the device on her eyes to see, because otherwise she's blind. I don't know the details, it's someone else's OC I think some changes were made over the time of her existence.

*starts raging on how fleet command just served at the main processor for the hiagarian fleet because using someone's brain was the only way to handle that much data, and because of this she wouldn't need screens because it would be all inside of her brain...* *ahem* sorry about that, homeworld is one of the few games I actively consider myself a fan of
