Just practicing on his design, manage to make the breastplate not look like crap after I looked up a ACTUAL REFERENCE (holycrap).I also really really like the cloak design.

nice design. Now comes to my mind the rule about: "magic armor automatically fits its wearer size". So how would be the transformation of his breastplate +1¿

The idea is that he modifies/makes his own armor so that the changes ARE accounted for. Probably would be easier with elastics though.
Right now he just has a mundane Agile Masterwork Breastplate, which with level 3 fighter means he has no penalty to jumps so he is fairly terrifyingly inescapable.
Well that and 22 str because... I am not quite sure, his main thing is stupid high strength, he is the melee dps.

Oh yeah. That is also a good idea. The problem I have had lately is that it looks like I always end in "RUN BIT** RUN" campaigns, where the party do not have "weeks" to craft. So the rule for magic armour is much appreciated by my kobold XD
jumps? are you using any acrobatic/flexible tactic in combat?

The breastplate is fine. Still, he looks so cute. Like a cat, almost. I'd say ferret, but I've never owned one either.
