This is the elegance.The much bigger brother to my future of travel [link] this is the cruise liner type vessel, i put the lil ship on there for a sense of scale. once again the texturing aint all that but i am happy with the model.
plan is to have an airport type scene eventually

I actually cruise, and this is a sleek, sexy, fem fatale of a ship. I APPROVE! I also like Royal Carribean's ship names, like how the end in "of the Seas".

Thats an excellent model, the cruiseliner idea hits a chord with me its somewhat of a rarity to see someone make a commercial vessel, most peoples ships these days seem to be little more than engines surrounded by guns like quills on a porcupine. A really refreshing change and such beautiful lines to boot. Very well done

After looking at this thoroughly... I've decided that it is quite gorgeous. The smaller escort-type craft is very well designed as I can see with the link you've provided. I'm guessing that the small illuminated dots alongside the craft are windows... very cool.

they are indeed windows, i am quite happy with how this turned out actually, i am hoping to put this into a full scene. eventually

As i'm no artist i can't give an honest opinion of the rendering work, but to me it looks quite good, with maby just a bit more pure gloss than even a polished metal ship would have
as to the craft itself... it's a clean aerodynamic design, with a good balance in wing to fuse size for a high speed craft. i think the winglets are a bit off, a bit longer and with a higher aspect ratio would be better, take a look at the f-16XL (real test plane). I think this craft might really be flightworthy with some minor changes (assuming we had a powerplant sized for it)...
