It has been an ongoing inspiration to watch the evolution of your interpretation/expression of energy lines/waves. Alex Grey invoked such a strong template, it is very difficult to get outside of his wake. I think you are doing a marvelous job, with your own unique vision of light and spirit motion. It was fascinating to see your landscape studies emerge as a part of this. I understand you spent some time listening to the earth New Mexico. I grew up there and can resonate with the experience as it is flowing through you.
Thanks for the visions. May your insight and expression continue to bring us higher.

Your appreciation and arching observation of my development touches and inspires me. The language is developing, part of my gift, insight and vision that I'm putting forward is that the spirit energies are fully present here in this world. I see them with my own two (or three, or?) eyes... which strangely enough seems to be unique. They are still quite difficult to pin down to defined shapes and such since they are usually in constant flickering motion...flowing around, through and between things.

How do you go about combining the dry pigment of a pastel with oils?

first stage on the paper is working out the basic structures and color relationships with the chalk pastel. Sealing with acrylic medium, and then oils.
