I've been watching a fair bit of the Wahammer fan material on youtube and the idols on StringStorm's channel were rather fun and got me thinking of who the Chaos Idols could have been, Lotara seemed obvious, and an excuse to draw my take on the character after the Horus Heresy again.

I'm of the opinion that she later became the Conqueror, some opinions are that the entity that seemed to be possessing the ship would never allow a mere human to take control, while i think that the entity was in fact Lotara herself, what she will become. Given that warp entities tend to ignore the restraints of time there is no reason that it couldnt be her future self preparing her own existence.
