One of Green Lanterns most dangerous foes is selected by the 'Sinestro' Yellow Lantern Corps.

This seemed a rather natural idea really, The Shark was once a formidable foe, a mutated and Super evolved bipedal shark, he possessed considerable physical might combined with some molecular and psionic abilities, specifically in making his prey/foes feel terror and increasing his own mass.

By and large he hasn't had much to do in the comics for years, he was devolved by the Peter David version of Aquaman ( the bearded King of the Seas version some might recall from the early 2000's animated Justice league ) in psychic combat, and the last time i think he appeared was against Geoff Johns Green Lantern where he was simply a large bruiser of a humanoid shark with little of his former intellect or abilities.

The shark has been rather randomly depicted, sometimes with grey skin, as well as pinker more flesh toned skin, and more humanoid features or more shark like features.
