I know, I beat the game. But it was terribly built. The AI was dumber than a retarded baby. Enemies would just spawn right in front of you, your partners would stand in fire until they died, the guns were underpowered... so much potential, so little decent execution. I am a very big RE fan, played them since the first one on the PSX, and I basically buy every game titled Resident Evil. I was looking forward to this title and to be honest it damaged the credibility of the RE name. Shame on Capcom for outsourcing this project. It's no wonder the developer is in financial trouble. I know Capcom was busy with RE6, but still I would have rather not had this game at all instead of how it was. I loved the graphics, the environment detail, the back story, etc. Almost everything about this title had the ability to make it great, but the crappy AI and terrible technical back end of the game just killed it and made it unenjoyable. And that's coming from a 14 year veteran of the series. I LOVE Resident Evil, I even read all the novels. But I'm sorry, they murdered the potential this game had.

Hate them. They're good zombie movies, but terrible RE movies. They basically forced a spiked iron rod up the butt of the RE story and killed it slowly. I will never forgive Paul Anderson for what he did, and I despise directors who totally re-make the story and characters in the name of their "artistic vision". Why Capcom ever let his script out the door is beyond me. The only RE movie that was even half way decent was RE4, which was still terrible. It's like putting a rotten cherry on top of a crap sundae. Sure it's not as bad tasting as the crap, but it's still pretty shitty.
