Working on toned paper makes my head hurt but you've done a really nice job with this. The hair is spectacular. I can't stop looking at it.

Good use of textured paper... and still captured realistic likenesses.

that is just amazing!!
but i have a question... how do u get that hair so white? often when i try to draw some white strips in the hair it just get messy and it annoys me and i end up trowing the drawing in the trash-bin
thanks in advance^^

Thanks...I just use the white charcoal pencil like regular pencils...I build up the white and blend to get the highlights I want.
Take care

I love this technique, but have not done it in years...it takes practice because it's so nerve-racking...unlike the computer, there is no "undo"

Congratulations on winning the Twilight contest! Your pic was one of the first to hit my favorites and my Twilight Pics from Other Artists on my desktop.
Very clean, precise, excellent angles. Beautiful strokes and it reflects the emotion magnificantly.
Ah, yes...I use Canson charcoal tinted paper too!

So gorgeous - I'm more a fan of the books than the movie, but this is a beautiful piece of artwork! Bravo!

While I don't particularly care for the Twilight series, I do give praise where praise is due- and this picture is G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S. Beautiful job with the selection of the pose, the angles and the choice of paper, it turned out absolutely wonderful!
