For being the classic frame-by-frame animation, it looks pretty smooth to me. I think what proves distracting is the texture of the background in each frame, as it varies and makes the animation harder to focus on.

Hand seems a little odd while it's out, but everything else is looking pretty solid here. Also loving that it's the classic design.
