A bunch of friends have been working on some action stuff for fun lately, so I started working on something too!I'm thinking I might try to add some more onto this later on, but for now it just seemed nice to post what little I made before the end of the year.

Nice rough animation, Piggybank12!Β I like the delayed effect trailing after Sonic in the second sequence
Maybe would've liked to see a few more frames of Sonic noticing or reacting to something BEFORE zooming off, but that's just me.

Hey, thanks for the kind words Mattartist25!Β Happy you're liking it so far!
I did try giving him more of a reaction at first, but the flow of the whole thing didn't end up feeling quite right.Β I wiped out the drawings for it and ended up liking the snappiness of the current animation more.
If I get around to messing with this a bit more, maybe I'll see if I can do some more with it!

Cool yeah momentum of the sequence sometimes needs frames cut.Β Might be a nice showcase of completed animation for say an animated showreel, colored and finished and all.
I got the feeling in this animation that Sonic would react to something like Eggman firing a missile from his little flying Eggmachine (idk what he calls it) from behind him, and Sonic is racing to redirect the missile before it hits some of his friends or a building.Β Y'know, Superman stuff lol
Still, nice work dude, keep kickin' animation butt, Piggbank12!
