Ability: Anticipation/Forewarn
It focuses psychic energy on the orb on its head to sea the future. It builds strategies with the information it has gathered.
I went with a Psychic/Fairy type to make it a little bit unique than usual (contrary to some of the suggestions of a water-typing). Plus I was thinking of the deity Ganesha while I was working on it. The name is a combination of Elephant and Telepath,
