Hm, any idea what color gem she'll have? Or, did you have a sprecific country or region of Africa in mind? Might help like,narrow it down some.

If not, what about Tanzanite? It's from East Africa, and it's blue so like, kinda matches the often blueish hue of vampires (Or, how many vampires are aristocratic, e.g "bluebloods")?
