There's some stuff that kids might not get, but if I remember, it's just business stuff and more philosophical concepts. And weirdness like Dilbert getting pregnant in one episode.

He did get pregnant with twelve kids thanks to testing of fertility drugs in the comic so it's not that farfetched in canon.
But yeah, yikes.
