Every Thor needs a Loki, so here he is!
Low-Key is the Viking god of pretentious hipster/indie music(think slow acoustic covers of pop songs and whatnot) and can shapeshift.
He isn't so much a villain as much as he shows up occassionally to piss everyone off with his obnoxious music and elitist attitude.
My fancast for him would be Eddie Deezen.
