At least in the original version of Ripto’s Rage, you can use the double jump glitch to skip paying this jerk in some parts of the game. I don’t know if the double jump glitch will be back in the remaster or not. There’s also the cheat that allows you to be able to climb, swim, and headbash without having to pay Moneybags for either one of them.
