Great illustration. Love the style.
The arm in the foreground seems kind of out of place though because there is no snow anywhere near it, like we're looking through a window without snow, out into a batgirl snowstorm.

I love the humanity of it, if that makes any sense. So often BG is portrayed as merely T&A in latex, which admittedly is pretty entertaining. But you never seem to see her as a person. Here, while not exactly a character portrait, we see her face, her eyes, her determination and her doubt. Hello, Barbara. Nice to meet you, at last.
