you know, some spanish-latinamerican editors actually translated psylocke to "mariposa mental", which means "mental butterfly"... I guess if it's a coincidence...

Hi Mr. Adam, I see you have some impressive skills in rendering leather, I don't think you always use photo refs so I guess you have some kind of method to work over them. How do you studied the way the light work over those dresses? Do you have a particular advice on how I can improve my skills in this kind of shading? I hope to not bother you, by the way, you rock man!

The only way to improve in this area is to study the real world.
Look at how real light falls across real people, and draw it!
You will learn every time you do this, and be able to di wonderful things with light and form.
