I heard in that interview with Sidebar the other day an influence was Norman Rockwell. Curious, what pieces by him we're your favorite?
He's one of my favorite artists as well.

Goodness, there's too many Rockwells to pick FAVORITES, but let's see if I can recall a few...
The POST cover from the late 50s/early 60s of the sailor picking up the woman outside the men's club...
The cover with the two panels of the family in the Studebaker going TO the beachm and then coming home FROM the beach...
The cover with the big cop sitting on the diner stool next to the runaway kid...
The cover with the umpires checking for the rain...
The one with the dugout and all the players looking horrified at some bad play, while the crowd jeers...
The Willy Gillis cover where he's sitting in the window at college, studying....
The big mural of the boxing match....
Man, there's too many to name.

Indeed there is, He had amazing concepts.
I personally like the painting with the wife telling the secret. and it getting allll the way back down to her husband. All the expressions and reactions are amazing.
And the similar one with the boy doing his daily routine.
I know of a few that you've mentioned, he has soooo much artwork. I actually went with my family to the Norman Rockwell museum in Stockbridge, How can one man do so much, and most of it be amazing!?
Thanks for the reply, though.

This picture was on the cover of my ImagineFX magazine, I love it! The article inside introduced me to your work, and I'm so glad, very inspirational. Alphonse Mucha is my fav artist and I can see his inspiration in your work. Pure awesomeness

Awesome homage! Really well done, and I know it's a little silly, but I love the texture in her jeans. I have a real hard time with texture so I like to see it done well. Beautiful piece!

I use to live near Toronto, I have been down to Queen st. a couple of times and been to the Silver Snail. I thought the likely hood of Two Comic Book Stories call the Silver Snail was very low but you can never tell.

It's low resolution because people download my art, then make prints without permission and sell them. Sorry, but that's the compromise I have to make.
Thank you for the kind words!

Sucks that you have to do that, but understandable. The vast majority think that everything posted on the internet is free game and can be claimed for their own, it's ludicrous the attitude some people have on this topic. Your artwork is entirely new to me, and ugh just makes me jealous as hell and making me realize I've got a long way to go. Love love love all your work so far.

Man, you are definitely one of my favorite artists. I just have one question: do you use photo references for your figures? 'Cause they usually have such a natural look and feel. Hope you can get around to answer this.

This is one of the coolest pieces I've ever seen. I just love the pose and her expression. The colors are great...I'm just in love with this piece.
Is this a poster or a print or something? How can I get a full version of this pic?

I love the way you handle girl's attitudes -I wonder if it all comes from getting the best documentation and getting the best of it or if it all comes from your head. Yet either way would take a lot of practice and effort...
hmmm...
I better get back to practicing another ten years at least!

Probably my favorite artwork from your last known works.
There is something in this image that summarize everythin I love in your art: character attitudes, details, mood.
It looks like that there is a huge world story that waits to be revealed behind this "simple" character shot
I'm really glad I saw it when it was released publicly as it was possible to observe more details
