Very inspiring. What kind of paper is? I canΒ΄t make the pitt sharpies to blend properly in the watercolor papers I usually use to work. Does it need to be wet?

Do you use photo or model reference when you do work like this? ..or is this all from your mind and experience...the shading etc.. I love this btw

So you do the shading and highlights during the drawing stage? Then add color and everything after that? I've really not seen much of your full process yet so I was just wondering.
Is this for ImagineFX magazine? If so, I'm buying it!

Well, it IS how I worked on THIS piece. I just didn't want to create any future confusions by misleading anyone into thinking that's how I ALWAYS work.

Having more photo-comic/fumetti kind of presentations about your work-in-progress would be stellar. I wouldn`t mind video-presentations either, like the four-parter on YouTube... or was it 5 parter..? Thanks for sharing and inspiring, Sir.

This takes me back to watching you work on some commissions back in NYCC this past October..
My crew and I had a table down artist's alley, and on Sunday morning I went up to you when you and your wife were setting up for the day.. some old friend of yours came by and you guys reminisced about something, gave him a free book.
Lol.
That was awesome.
Thanks for the experience.

it's nice to see that even the best colour out of the lines. it's really nice to see a WIP, and really gives a great up-close-and-personal look at how you begin rendering a piece.

"Where have you been?" "...in bed."
