A lot of points for looking cool, but I don't know how practical having the rounds in the open air like that would be. Seems like a lot of dirt could get in there, not to mention sleeves or fingers.

Compact and shorter than most rifles but ergonomics and length are rather odd. Like, you can do a lot with that length and turn it into a true bullpup.

For a design I think it looks good but the feeding area for the bullets looks a little "finicky".
