I uploaded a new image with fixed shadows, windows and laser turrets.

Finished drawing of my custom Nebulon C class frigate. This one is supposed to be the most advanced in Nebulon line, placed both after my own Nebulon A and Nebulon B from the Star Wars original trilogy:

This would have been a MUCH BETTER DESIGN for the Nebulon-B (which looks so damn flimsy that a good proton torpedo shot on it's middle stick section could break the damn thing in HALF)! Good job dude!

yeah... though if its just a mobile hospitable and not meant for battle then having interchangeable modules like that isn't a bad thing, but in a real fight... heck no.

Yeah, considering how Rebels are almost always shot at, such decision surely wasn't a good one Still, I remember that the nebulon B was pretty solid in the Rogue Squadron games and it took some time before it was destroyed... although I suspect it's just made that way to make it look stronger than it could really be with such design features.

Yeah, but they were taking what ever ships they could get or steal, the nebulon B probably was probably never meant to be in a fight, its just what was the original intention.Β  If it was hospital relief aid, ie it goes from world to world where needed, then having interchangeable modules is a good idea, especially when dealing with multiple races from multiple atmospheres.

I spend most of my time browsing through scifi art and this must seriously be one of the coolest ship concepts I've seen. So sleek design.

Looks like some kind of diplomacy vessel.


But ofcourse, all of your work is equally awesome, I'm a big fan of Star Wars and it's kind of refreshing to see all this new, yet vaguely similar SW ship designs.

I actually like this design a lot regardless of how well it fits in the Nebulon Lineage, my only remark would be the scale feels a bit off for a Nebulon class frigate, seems much smaller to me, I guess it's mostly due to the scale and bulkinesses of the detail. Still great design, one of your finest I would say.

Thanks Indeed the scale of this ship is smaller when compared to the Nebulon B, but in the overall looks, the original wasted a lot of space on its fancy necks and connectors, so that only the engine part had some real volume to it.

There are no typical bays in this one, only docking ports for ships, as it was designed as support in battle. However, with its size and an altered hull (with all of the empty space under the plating filled), it would easily fit these. I didn't make any official measurements but it was designed as around 300 meter in length.

Haha I prefer to be modest That lifestyle fits me - if someone decides that I'm really good enough for that job then I will get it. For now I prefer to build my skills and get more people to know me via people who will actually like my art
