I heard about such a thing
In germany I think, the workers that were supposed to draw those lines on the road drank too much at noon and they were totally unabled to draw a straght line
so that if you look at that road, the middle line is just crazy : left right left right right left right left left xD
ahah I could imagine those workers with their huge machine and their drunk face "huh, that road is moving"
