Description
On a distant planet, the sun is dying and a cult has emerged to worship this "falling" star. Leading them is the Empress, whose ring emits light to imitate the sun, and a ball of energy hovers overhead to give them hope.
This is a design for the current chow challenge on conceptart.org. This was a fun one, and I liked using a simpler palette than usual.
