An illustration I did for Stardrift Empires, an mmo on Facebook and syfygames.com. I've been working on this project for the past few months at Blue Frog Gaming, which has been awesomely fun and challenging.

This is a profile image of a Pyro, ye who carries a flamethrower. this was more of a heavy set character, thanks to all the fire-retardant materials and heavy armor he'd have to wear. i made an insignia for this fire-brigade, which is in the BG and engraved in the middle of his helmet. texture played a big part in this one, showing wear in his armour's paint job, mask, clothing, etc. borrowed some gears of war ideas for his design. it is really fun to think of different armor plating combinations; there are ton's of different ways to go about it.
