Seriously... we stop at a Burger King in St. Louis for something to eat, my cousin comes back just as were about to leave with 4 ice cream cones like this.I'm still processing how this happened.

Many years ago, I worked in a restaurant and usually, that happens for one of a few reasons:
1. Too warm - machine can't cool enough.
2. Too many people buying - machine can't keep up.
3. Machine has just been refilled with softserve mix, and softserve mix was stored too warm. Still needs to cool more.
4. Machine needs adjustment.
It's a fine line between it coming out like icecream and it coming out like gloop!
