Hmmm, looks pretty accurate to the Frank Frazetta original.
I like his interpretation of the mysterious Mothman as a frightening yet extra-ordinarily beautiful being with full butterfly wings.
Nice job, fellow deviant!

Thank you!   I appreciate it. I guess the other depictions are bit more sinister, with bat wings and such.

You're welcome!
And yes, I agree. I'm afraid too many people view the mysterious and the unexplained (cryptids and strange phenomena e.g.) as sinister and evil,
so that mankind seems somehow better in comparison. I like to think that among the supernatural there may well be evil beings but there are
also those who don't wish any harm to us humans, those who are curious about our species, our aspects, and even our very existence.
And I like to think that Mothman - though scary he may appear to be - was one of these curious ones, perhaps he was trying to warn us
about catastrophes but just couldn't prevent all of them. Besides, his world is different from ours.
(Whoops, I probably wrote too much. ) But anyway, this deviation has earned a place in my favourites!
