Just draw the characters head, torso or even full body above the specified place and write their name under or above the character. Your party/team/crew can be made up of anyone and I mean anyone okay? Also only use each character once, Eg: The person who's leader can't also be comic relief. ONE CHARACTER PER POSITION. *Sigh* First download the file and save the image, then open it in something like Paint or Photoshop, then edit it as the Artist says to, like this one for ex. you draw the character that fits the description and write their name nearby. Like for leader you could put yourself. Simple right?
