Cinnamon. MacroIn autumn and winter I often make mulled beer.
I recommend to all this recipe:
1 beer + :
-1 x slice of dry ginger,
-1 x cinnamon stick,
-3 x star anise,
-10 x clove,
-3 x black peppercorn,
-3 x cardamon grain,
-1/8 x nutmeg,
-some honey,
-some lemon juice.
