Wow. The fusion of Goya and Cookie Monster just comes across as kewl.
As a parody it works. And as a bit of nostalgia, it really works.
I like the fuzzy lines the most tho. Goya's painting is somewhat the same, with inexact brushstrokes. And of course, Cookie Monster is covered in felt, so there has to be some sort of fuzz going on.
