Description
Birthday present for my 5 year old niece. I draw a couple of simple animal sketches to her every birthday and christmas. I spent a bit more time on this one, seeing as it's so detailed. It's not meant to be realistic, of course, but rather colorful, fun and child friendly.

I took the reference photos myself, in the zoo I work at. Prismacolors Colored Pencils. Probably took me 6-7 hours. It's an A4 paper wide.
Relatively fun fact: In norwegian the Peacock is called Påfugl, which directly translates as On-bird.
