I am in love with this song! Adele has such a beautiful and heart breaking voice. And I so understand this song, I love how Adele has the ability to make her songs so amazing and relate able. So I tried to make this an emotion moment between Doppie and Lara, and in this case Doppie is the heart broken one, but is Lara the heart breaker? I'll let you guys determine that.
