ย How and what do you use to make these battle and overworld sprites?ย ย
I'm interested in your art, And I'd like to make sprites of my own, But Pokemon is about the best I can do... Im basically just saying I'd like to develop my own Undertale sprites inspired by your work...

I use Paint.NET. It's free.
If you want to make Undertale sprites, just watch and imitate the what you see. Study them closely and see what Toby did in order to make them.
For example, Overworld sprites rarely have any form of shading.
Battle sprites seem to have seperated body parts; everything isn't connected.
