That's just what they call ghosts in OFF, all enemies other than bosses are atleast called specters, also I meant his design, it looks like a zone two or one specter.

Mortis Ghost recently published a new game, sadly nothing happened... I was really hoping that the fandom would come back to life, but from the other side I couldn't obsess over OFF again after three years. It would be really cool if more people like you got into it though... Since it went like homestuck->off->homestuck->undertale, maybe undertale peeps can revive OFF? Man it's such a good game. If Morthis Ghost made something like a really good sequel it would be amazing, I bet the fandom would rise again.
