Description Hoo....does Carc have his pickle in a jam.

Carc has a notorious habit of occasionally being the LONE wolverine. He went somewhere without back-up and two Carcslayers were waiting for him. Two of Carc's old foes are wearing battlearmor designed and built by Carc's arch-foe Dr. Singe. The story happens in a future issue of CARC & 'SLIDE.

Old-time Marvel zombies might recognize the art style and posing as vintage Rich Buckler. He had this thing for legs spread wide apart, clawed hands, extreme crouching, huge calve muscles and it just made me wanna draw like that.

So here's a quicky illo.

There are foes actually named after Mr. Ajou?  Popular guy, that one.

Yar, Carc has hundreds of foes whether super-powered, wearing enhancements, or normal.  And Carc deals with them as he does.  Carc has VERY FEW repeat enemies.

Carc's more like crack the shell and kill what's inside so they don't come at him again.

First shot of the armor I get to see!
One thing Carc has going for him is even when he goes into "LONE wolverine" mode he still has backup he can call on. (Not that he would. "If I get my ass beat by these jokers I'll never live it down."
"You can't beat the Carc hunters!"
"Well, we got a firebat, a demi-goddess, a couple skilled assassins and myself."
"We have an army."
"Yeah, but I got a 'Slide."
Nothin' like a guy who can find a way around that special armor. He'd just approach it like they were tanks. Take a high speed projectile with ammo of the same density and then make it into a shaped charge. Upon impact the round explodes in a directional pinpoint cone with super heated particles of the same stuff. Blast through it just like a regular projectile can blow through tank armor. "Yeah, and MY ammo is delivered via gattling gun."

Since the second or third time Carc plays LONE wolverine, 'Slide installed a tracker. One in his watch. others in areas like his, shield, belt buckle, bootheel, or even injected into him.

Yeah, it's a good security measure. In case someone breaks into the compound and steals the sheild or any weaps or even Carc.

I can imagine if he puts enough bullets into their armor they will stay down for a little while

Carc has something else besides useless bullets. Thank you for adding this to your favorites.

O_o A quicky illo? That looks stunning! It looks as if it would have taken a long time, with all that detail. Shows what can be done with the right talent and skills! And that pose is very striking, but hopefully there'll be more striking once that gun gets into the right position. The shield really seems to stand out on this too, with that darn fine symbol!

Once I finish a page of C&S, if I have time, I'll do a quicky illo, or a booty illo. It doesn't require much thought or detail, and I can knock it out in a couple hours. Thank you for adding this to your favorites.
