This is such a beautiful portrait. Among a large number of deviations, this one caught my eye because of the amazing color contrast. I really like the porcelain look of the skin; it really adds to that contrast.
The lips get most of the attention; however, in the smaller view of the image, I am somewhat distracted by the eyes due to the dark eye shadow. The only thing I can suggest is lightening up the eye shadow or adding a little color to the cheeks to add balance in a bit of post editing.

You're pretty. ^^ If that is you. I don't like the gems though. They make the lips unappealing and chunky looking. Also, perhaps making a bit of a kissy face might make it look a little better. The small gap of the lips looks...odd. Sorta. Maybe adding a clear gloss to the lips before the gems were added would balance it more and adding a darker colour to the inside of the lips where the mouth meets and create some sort of illusion. Just my thoughts. No harm meant.^^
