UPDATE:
there has been some questions concerning how powerful L'Epex is.
And assumptions that his power is near limitless. But that is NOT the case.
The following provides some clarification.

to break it down briefly.
L'Epex has the power of 1 GALAXY (the unique galaxy IZ).
He adapts that power to manifest practically any natural form of energy at will AND/OR transform it into simple physical strength. His power limit goes UP TO the level the power of the galaxy. Just to be clear, It's an energy MATCH, not a drain on the IZ galaxy. Basically, the galaxy instantly self-renews at his use. So L'Epex never gets tired and never weakens.
He also has the use the "Null Force". In that it's part of him and he is the master of it's use.

Mental, Psychic
He's basically cosmicly aware, but mentally has to make selective use. That is, He's not ONMI aware.
He cannot read minds or project psychic energy.
And because of his own insane level of will and innate Cosmic Awareness he's nearly impossible to mind control since most psychics cannot handled the information overload. Also L'Epex would KNOW of the mental invasion and the invader would meet a hard mental block and a fierce physical attack. L'Epex, the MaZu and IZ take psychic attacks/manipulation as a VERY serious spiritual and personal offense.

NULL Force
L'Epex is directly connected to/has the "null force" and has a -personal- null field that surrounds him to some degree at all times usually extending about one meter away from his body. He can extend it at 100% power to an area about the size of city block around him without effort. With effort he can create a null bubble of about 2 miles or so or create a Null wall of about 1000 miles max.
-The simple way i think of L'Epex’s Null force power is in a mathematical sense. His Null power is equivalent to ZERO. Anything times Zero = ZERO. Any force that comes against his personal null field is like multiplying their strength/energy against a wall of ZER0. The impact will Always equal ZERO. Infinity times Zero is ZERO.
-He can use it aggressively as well, nullifying the bio-electrical or other physical energy of others within his reach as well, but he usually prefers not to.
-He uses the null force to augment his other powers especially his speed and strength. Selectively nullifying the effects of friction, inertia, gravity etc. around himself.

L'Epex has 2 main weaknesses (that i have not mentioned before)
•Chrontonic energies/Time Travel: L'Epex cannot time travel. Chronontic energy and his Null Force energy interfere/react/reflex/repeal each other. Chrontonic energies can cause L'Epex discomfort or real pain.
•Magic: Yes, However because of his high energy levels most magic rarely/barely effects him. (how many magic spells can affect a whole galaxy of energy?) But strong and/or specific enough magic can effect him. But usually not in the way intended because of the uniquely grounded spiritual nature of L'Epex, the IZ galaxy and it's dwellers.

In my Original L'Epex Bio I mention his strength level can go to "Unmeasurable levels" that's not really the case. It goes to the level of physical strength of ALL ...and I mean allll... of the energy of the IZ Galaxy can provide to a 7 foot tall humanoid. So if that can be measured... put a number on it folks. lepex
