No it's not. It DOES look nasty and matted. Brush it out, and it will no longer look nasty and matted. That's not rude. You're reading a value judgment into a statement that has none. Sorry if those particular words bother you. Grow a thicker skin.

Its a combination of; crafting plastic for the main white, the inner part for the follow me effect is funky foam and the see through part is fine mesh, curtain net material painted with acrylic paints.
