I like it. No, really, I love her haircolour and the added emphasis on her eyes with the "make-up" you've applied to her eyelashes and lids.
Personally, I cannot photo-manip for my life, so take what I say next with a grain of salt. The edges are a little rough, meaning, you can see where you've cut her out of the original photo. I think a softer-edged, smaller brush for the really tiny details is what you need for the gradient tones (E.G. the edges of her legs, hair, and hands), and a hard-edged, small brush for the block colours (E.G. her shoulders and arms).
I hope this helps a bit. Again, I'm not a photo-manipper! Just pointing some things that I think could help.
