I love the dreamy, intent look in River's eyes, that little smirk on her mouth, that lipstick smudge on the Doctor's nose, and his "Uhhhh..." look. I also love the way you do their hair. And the fact that she's obviously got him backed up to a wall.
Now, we know he's embarrassed to be seen. But what does he do when he knows they're alone? (wiggles eyebrows) LOL.

Doesn't seem to be embarrassed to be seen since they were married 
Even in the episode where they get married, the Doctor is radiating a kind of aggressive desire vibe toward River. It was funny to see how they kind of switch roles- no, she doesn't get embarrassed when he gets aggressive in his sexual vibe toward her, but she lets him take the lead, just responds to his actions in this soft open way.
