The detail on his face and wings are awesome, yes, but I think this would've looked better if there wasn't horizontal and vertical lines in the background...it kinda takes away from the picture, doesn't seem apart of it. And I don't really like the way you drew his hand, even though I understand it's anime and all - it doesn't really fit in since the rest of his body is drawn where everything is its own thing, instead of joint-looking. Yeah..
