thanks! I use gimp (quite sad I know) and a tablet but it would be very possible to do it with photoshop. I also did quite a bit of research finding interior design pictures and then appropriating what I liked. I also one or two actual stock photos (the ground texture and part of the city) but the rest is hand-painted. I would like to learn to use 3D tools in the future...I think it would cut the planning and annoying perspective drawing

You are VERY talented - I've started using sketchup to rough out perspective (eg - [link] ) as there's no way I could do what you do with a tablet. I look forward to seeing more.

Thanks very much I think you could still do a bit with a mouse since the whole time I was just using straight line tool, lasso and fill bucket. Stock photos can be used for detail
