Sorta based of the idea of yaoguai (chinese) and yokai (japanese), Feng is a shapeshifter whose true form is a brown wood owl. It is believed that animals and trees that reach a great age gain a soul and/or a human form. They are generally regarded as demons because they bring trouble or mischief but are known to be occasionally helpful.
