Its lovely dude, very simple, very striking. You told me before that it was 'just' a short poem, I think not man.
Poetry is great and all when its grand and huge, but sometimes people forget the meaning and emotion behind the poem then, I really do like this. Its short, sweet and does what its supposed to do. KUDOS! lol
