As said in the infographic:
- Pokémon with a white background are confirmed via official trailers, or are direct evolutionary stages of them
- Pokémon with a grey background are regional forms which aren't truly confirmed, but are in the game IF the games follow the logic of SwSh (where any species available in the game means all of its regional forms are at least transferable)

(Decidueye was not confirmed in trailers, but exclusively confirmed to PhillyBeatzU by TPC at the early-gameplay-preview event for some reason. They signed an NDA about what they can or cannot disclose, so I don't doubt the legitimacy of this information.)
