This is Cirno from Touhou by the way. In my head canon, she has an appearance of 9 years old girl. Yet, in this drawing, she just looks like 10-14 years old girl.

I put some several plasters on her in order to emphasis the Tomboyish girl and Mischievous girl aura in her.
