To be honest with you, I really don't know.
I just came up with this idea, and I thought that would be touching ending.
Maybe because I think that Asriel doesn't deserve to be alone in the underground forever. That he deserve to have a second chance. Even Chara. Besides that in the other timelines she is evil. But I don't see her as a bad person.
What if Frisk would have return to the underground when Asriel or Flowey was. And what if with her power and kindness, she could make that he would have a soul again. (Maybe from Flowey, become Asriel again or just wouldn't turned into a flower anymore.)
In Genocide Route Ending, Chara said that Frisk's power awakened her from death. And then she take control of Frisk's soul.
And what if in True Pacifist Route Ending, Chara would have awakened from death too? Because of Frisk's power of being mercy and so determined to save everyone in the underground.
And then, Chara wouldn't take control of Frisk's soul, but if the soul could have divide in half. Because Frisk's soul was very, very strong. And both could be alive.
Don't know if this would be possible.
Don't know if someone came up with this idea too or not.
Don't know if others agree or disagree agree with this.
Perhaps I'm talking nonsense. XD
This's my little explanation.
I just want them to have a happy life.
