you don't seem to rely on any sketches or basic structures that would help you to draw this face so perfectly.

I always start with the eyes and then I try to position the nose and the mouth. After that I draw the face structure.

Yeah of course, since the whole porportion and structure of the face relies on the eyes.
My old art teacher said that the width of the face are five eye-widths: One eye width for the space between the eyes, one width for the side for each side of the eyes and one for each eye.
