1. The scene starts with more fire than smoke, but finishes with a room mostly filled by smoke. It should get dense enough to block the view of everything but our primary characters. This is done as a 'fade to' the next scene coming on the next page.
2. Kristina should look somewhat burned, but exactly what is burned should be ambiguous. Is it the shirt or her skin? Is that ash or third degree burns? Excessive gore detracts from the aim of this scene which should be about how Kristina thinks about events.
