there is a place called masirah, it is an island in oman. this is the place where you board the boat to get there, it around 450 km away from muscat and the island is 20 km away into the sea, so its a hour and a half journey by boat, u just sit in your car and drive into the boat and it takes you! masirah is nice, one sleepy old town, one road which stretches for 70 km, it has a fishing industry and beautiful beaches. u should visit oman just for its white sand beaches, its lovely.
